International Youth Choir Festival

This event promises to be a ‘vibrant celebration of music’s power to change the lives of individuals and communities’, featuring eight outstanding choirs from four continents alongside a one-day conference. On 15 April, a daytime conference will include an extensive programme of CPD for music teachers, choral leaders, conductors and singers. In the evening eight of the world’s best international youth choirs will perform in a celebration of choral music. On 17 April all eight choirs will perform Jonathan Dove’s There Was A Child at the Royal Festival Hall.
