Dancer Files Suit Against Singer Britney Spears
A dancer has filed a suit against Britney Spears claiming the singer broke her nose during a rehearsal last year.
Dawn Noel Pignuola has made allegations of battery and negligence against Britney Spears for the incident which took place during a rehearsal for the music video ‘Work Bitch’, stating that Spears appeared to be in an unfit state.
Pignuola alleges she was standing next to Spears when the singer “twirled in the unbalanced and reckless manner, arms extended out to her sides, and forcefully backhanded” her in the face.
The dancer said Spears did apologise at the time and she allegedly promised to pay Pignuola’s medical bills. However, Pignuola claims Spears’ representative told her months later she would not be reimbursed.
Pignuola is seeking unspecified damages.
