Confirmed – Singer Cilla Black Dies at 72

We have been able to confirm that rumours about the death of singing star Cilla Black are true. Cilla Black (real name Presila White) came to fame in the 60’s after being signed by The Beatles manager Brian Eipstein. She worked at the Cavern Club on Matthew Street in Liverpool where The Beatles found fame.

She had 11 top 10 hits as a singer and went on to become a major TV celebrity presenting shows on the BBC and ITV in the 80’s. Cilla died of natural causes in her home in Spain.
