Boss VE-20 Singing Processor – But Is It Any Good?
We recently got our hands on a Boss VE-20 singers effects pedal and where amazed by its versatility and quality of the sounds. We did find some setting a bit to clumbersom to set up on the fly like programing the harmonizer and getting the right pitch, but there where many usable effects that added to our vocal performance.
The VE-20 has been designed from the ground up for singers, and features some great vocal-effects. With the clickyour foot, you can add vocal layers and harmonies to your singing, add realtime pitch-correction, and you can show your creative side with special effects such as Distortion, Radio, and Strobe. You can even create loops and layers in real time with the onboard Phrase Looper. The VE-20 runs on AC or battery power.
